ERP Lessons Learned

To provide as complete a picture as possible of what is involved in moving to a new EFP system, CTS reached out to universities and systems who have changed components or their entire ERP system. We ask for them to share any lessons learned that may help us as we make this important decision. These lessons learned sessions are not part of any RFP process. The information shared may vary from system to campus and technical to end user experience depending on what teams from their implementation experience are willing to share with us. The panelists will be speaking about specific vendors; however, that does not indicate the direction that NDUS EFP 360 will go.

CTS has shared some general talking points and topics that we thought would be helpful and as time allows, there is the ability for anyone in attendance to ask the panelists questions. We appreciate them volunteering their time to share their experiences with us.
