MeetMe Room scheduling allows you to setup ad-hoc meetings through your Microsoft Outlook calendar to connect either by a videoconference unit, telephone, web-browser or any combination.
Information under resources provide directions on how to schedule the room. Once room confirmation is received, you can then forward the connection information to your meeting participants.
While each room can accommodate up to 40 connections, of which up to 24 can be phone lines, the connection is on a shared bridge. If you want bridging resources that are dedicated for your event or if you want to control who can connect to your event, you can use the formal scheduling process.
