MeetMe Room scheduling allows you to setup ad-hoc meetings through your Microsoft Outlook calendar to connect either by a videoconference unit, telephone, web-browser or any combination.
This new MeetMe Rooms format allows you to schedule them the same way you schedule physical meeting rooms.
Directions provided demonstrate how to schedule the room. Once room confirmation is received, you can then forward the connection information to the rest of your meeting participants. NDSU and VCSU can contact Robert Azure (email@example.com) for assistance as this feature is not currently available on their campus Outlook Calendar.
While each room can accommodate up to 40 connections, of which up to 24 can be phone lines, the connection is on a shared bridge. If you want bridging resources that are dedicated for your event or if you want to control who can connect to your event, you can use the formal scheduling process. Information regarding the formal procedure can be found at NDUS-CTS Videoconferencing or NDUS-CTS Audioconferencing.
