Help Desk Services

The North Dakota University System Help Desk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and provides technical support for the following systems and applications:

  • NDUS Account IDs and passwords
  • ConnectND applications, including Campus Solution/Campus Connection, Financials, and HRMS
  • ALT applications of Moodle, Wimba Classroom, Wimba Voice Tools, and Blackboard IM
  • Office 365:
    • Password changes
    • ‘How To’ support for Exchange Email & Calendar
    • Skype for Business
    • Support for SharePoint or creating new resources or distribution lists
